Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

There is a minimum order value of £5.00 including shipping.

We accept credit / debit card payment. At this time we do not accept American Express.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. The $ prices indicated in brackets are approximate and may differ slightly when payment is taken.

Special Delivery:
Up to £50.00 - £7.00
£50 to £200 - £10.00
Over £200 - £20.00

For international orders, please note that any import duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All shipping options require a signature at the point of delivery. We reserve the right to use the most appropriate shipping option for the product and destination. Any shipping upgrades will be free of charge.

If your item is returned to us as undeliverable, we will email you to advise that we will be redelivering the item unless you prefer to cancel the order. Please note you may be charged a redelivery fee which will be indicated in the email.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We normally send your order to you in 1 to 3 business days. If an item is out of stock delivery can take up to fourteen days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If we cannot fulfill your order within fourteen days we will email you with the option to cancel the order.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added where appropriate.

We regret that we are unable to refund any items that are lost or damaged in transit. We therefore recommend you ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any loss or damage which may be sustained.

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or damaged please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the faulty item to be returned and a replacement provided. In this instance we will pay all shipping costs.
